Shopping,Sushi, and Cupcakes

On Friday (NOV 18), we were getting ready to leave for our road trip to Utah. But of course we had to run a few errands before leaving. We stopped at the Hickory Farms store (that I work at part-time for the holidays) to pick up snacks. Then we headed to the Alderwood Mall to walk around and shop a bit. Then we had SUSHI for lunch at a fun Sushi restaurant here in town. Jeremy was working, so this was the perfect time for us to have a yummy sushi lunch. The restaurant we went to was so fun. They sat us at a booth where on one side the sushi conveyer belt went by. If there was a plate of sushi you wanted to eat, you would take the plate off the conveyer belt. The sushi plates were different prices, and you could tell what they would charge by the color of the plate. Each plate color (either: yellow, grey, blue, orange, purple, or turquoise) had a different price. And after the meal the waiter would add up the plates for the bill. We obviously were not keeping track of the cost because it was an $80 lunch, hahaha! (We just won't tell Jeremy that one.)

After the yummy sushi we had picked up dessert at the yummy cupcake shop. Everything in the shop looked so yummy but we picked out just a couple of cupcakes to take on our way. Coconut Cream was for Kirsie, Butterscotch for me, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cut for Jeremy, Orange Cranberry for Jason, Calvin had an Egg Nog Cupcake, and I know there was one more, but I can't seem to remember. It think it was a Chocolate Caramel.
