On Monday (November 21) we had a good day for all of the missed and upcoming November birthdays in our family. The boys had a sleep over at Stephen and Heather's, they pretty much stayed there the entire time. Heather, the kids, and Jeremy and I met up with Randy and Debra, Kirstyn, and Stephen for lunch at the boys' favorite chicken place Chick~Fil~A, also known as "ChickenFillAh" to my sister. I have to say, their chicken is the ultimate buttery goodness! After lunch we relaxed a little and then met everyone else for dinner at Chuckarama. Yes, the restaurant is called CHUCK~A~RAMA, sounds pretty wrong, but it's the best buffet! Jeremy and the kids love it there, so whenever we're in Utah we have dinner there. Nick and Shauntae and the kids met up with us there. We also had our good friends from New Hampshire there, the Millis Family. It was so good to see them all, I've really missed them. While there we also ran into Jeremy's cousin and his family, Richard and Cindy Miller, what a coincidence!
After our super-yummy-overstuffing dinner, we headed back to the hotel to go swimming, open gifts, and have the yummy-made from scratch chocolate cake with buttercream frosting that Vern Millis made for us (it was so delicious!) What a fun night for our birthday celebration.
